My Events/Classes Display on Member Portal

On the Portal home page, there is a section titled "My Events/Classes" which displays the Class & Event Outreach a household member is included in. There are a few record values that control this feature.
Events

  • The Outreach Record Type and the Member Outreach Record Type must both be set to Events. These are both determined when first creating the Outreach. The Member Outreach Record Type  cannot be changed once the Outreach is created.
  • Outreach Member status needs to be Registered. To manually set the Status values for each Outreach, use the "Advanced Setup" button on the Outreach record. To automatically set the Status based on the Type field you can download this App from the AppExchange.
  • The event needs to be in the future.


Classes
  • The Outreach Record Type and the Member Outreach Record Type must both be set to Class. These are both determined when first creating the Outreach. The Member Outreach Record Type  cannot be changed once the Outreach is created.
  • Outreach Member status needs to be Enrolled. To manually set the Status values for each Outreach, use the "Advanced Setup" button on the Outreach record. To automatically set the Status based on the Type field you can download this App from the AppExchange.
  • The class needs to be in the future.
  • Outreach Event Registration Access must include Portal.
