How Congregants Login to Member Portal

After you add a user to the member portal they will receive an email with text similar to the below.

A login has been created for you on the Congregation Connect Member Portal.

Please login to the system via$T5s and change your password as soon as possible.

Please note, this text is customizable for each congregation as long as it includes the URL, Username, and Password. 

The user can then change their password and will have access to the URL from then on. In this case they would need to go to

You will want to add a link on the homepage of your congregation's website to your member portal so the member portal users can easily navigate. Please speak to your webmaster to have them add this.
