The "Member Status" is indicated with a red or green flag, based on the membership information (auto-populated from the Invoice - setting up the Membership dues).
There are 2 fields to track whether the specific contact is Contact 1 or Contact 2 on their Account. Titled “IsContact1?” and “IsContact2?”, these fields are set automatically when that Contact is defined as the Contact 1 or Contact 2 for their Account. This change will make reporting on those Contacts easier. This is a separate feature than the "Contact Type" field as explained here.
There are three Contact fields to manage individual greetings: Formal Greeting; Informal Greeting; and Use Auto Greeting. If the Use Auto Greeting checkbox is set to True on the Contact’s page, the Formal and Informal greetings will automatically be defined.
The automated values use the following formats:
Formal Greeting: Salutation & First Name & Last Name
Informal: First Name
Uncheck the box if you would like to use your own, custom formulation.
NOTE: These new Auto Greeting fields affect ONLY the Contact record; they do not impact the Auto Greeting, Formal Greeting, or Informal Greeting on the Account.
The Hebrew date is automatically calculated based on "Time of Birth". You can set this field to default to Before or After Sunset.
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Torah Portion:
When a Bar/Bat Mitzvah Date is entered, the Torah Portion and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Hebrew Date will automatically calculate and populate.
