The School Module is a complete set of features to track your school and provide a 360 view of your students, classes, enrollments, tuition and more. The video below provides a demonstration on using the this feature. Below are some key terms to consider:
Class: This represents the class unit for a school period. For example, you may have an 8th grade class for the 16/17 school year, or you may have a Sunday Hebrew Class for 10 year olds. From the Class record, you can manage Enrollments and Meetings.
Enrollments: This is used to track a Contact's enrollment in a class.
Meetings: These are the series of sessions a Class will have over a time period. For example, the Sunday Hebrew Class meets weekly at 10:00am. Each Meeting would track another week's session.
Facility: This is used to mark the location of the Meetings.
Facilitators: These are the people who will be running the session.
Meeting Attendance: This is to record who attended each Meeting.
